The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to prospective customers, building relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets (closing deals). The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team to drive sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Keep track of sales activities and document customer interactions and outcomes in the company's CRM system.
- Work closely with other members of the sales team, as well as with other departments such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to sales and account management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field is required. Candidates with experience in the same or related industry may be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Strong customer service skills for maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market, industry, or company strategy.
