JOB EXECUTION
- Bookkeeping: Keep transactions reconciled on our system.
- Accounts Receivable (DSD amp; Wholesale): Keep a healthy accounts receivable by reaching out to wholesale customers whenever they are 45+ days due.
- Fill out Vendor/Clients Forms (Credit applications, Insurance, etc.)
- Pay Vendors amp; Clients (Bill Backs: DSD amp; Wholesale)
- Employees Support: Nilo Mobile App, Order Materials/Uniforms, etc.
- Operations Support: Vehicles documentation in good standing, etc.
- Audit Employees’ use of Debit Cards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic/Intermediate Administrative or Accounting experience
- Good mathematical and Organizational skills
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- English language
