JOB EXECUTION

  • Bookkeeping: Keep transactions reconciled on our system.
  • Accounts Receivable (DSD amp; Wholesale): Keep a healthy accounts receivable by reaching out to wholesale customers whenever they are 45+ days due.
  • Fill out Vendor/Clients Forms (Credit applications, Insurance, etc.)
  • Pay Vendors amp; Clients (Bill Backs: DSD amp; Wholesale)
  • Employees Support: Nilo Mobile App, Order Materials/Uniforms, etc.
  • Operations Support: Vehicles documentation in good standing, etc.
  • Audit Employees’ use of Debit Cards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic/Intermediate Administrative or Accounting experience
  • Good mathematical and Organizational skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • English language
