As Systems amp; IT Help Desk Support, the new hire will provide operational and technical support to Learnlight staff as well as the trainers. The position is 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Service Desk requests by interpreting user issues and identifying solutions.
  • Office 365 administration Account Administration, Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite, Device Management
  • Contribute to development of Solution knowledgebase.
  • Escalates complex or unresolved incidents.
  • Respond to daily operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions while adhering to established processes and maintaining security requirements.

Requirements

Competencies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to provide technical support across a mixed OS environment with end-users of varying technical abilities.
  • Ability to provide support for business applications including enterprise and division/departmental applications as well as hardware environment.

Skills

  • B2 level of English required.
  • Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment

Education amp; Experience

  • At least one year of experience providing support in a technical environment
  • Microsoft 365 Certifications a plus, not required

Details

Location: Home Based Remote Worker

Contract: Full-time - 6 month contract

Schedule: EU time zone or +/-2-3 hours of European time zones
