As Systems amp; IT Help Desk Support, the new hire will provide operational and technical support to Learnlight staff as well as the trainers. The position is 6 months contract role.
Responsibilities
- Resolve Service Desk requests by interpreting user issues and identifying solutions.
- Office 365 administration Account Administration, Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite, Device Management
- Contribute to development of Solution knowledgebase.
- Escalates complex or unresolved incidents.
- Respond to daily operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions while adhering to established processes and maintaining security requirements.
Requirements
Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to provide technical support across a mixed OS environment with end-users of varying technical abilities.
- Ability to provide support for business applications including enterprise and division/departmental applications as well as hardware environment.
Skills
- B2 level of English required.
- Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 cloud environment
Education amp; Experience
- At least one year of experience providing support in a technical environment
- Microsoft 365 Certifications a plus, not required

Details
Location: Home Based Remote Worker
Contract: Full-time - 6 month contract
Schedule: EU time zone or +/-2-3 hours of European time zones
