Bi-Lingual IT Project Manager
Work Location Remote with travel to El Salvador

Continuity Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support a SU.S. Federal Government opportunity for the development of a data records management and reporting solution at the American Embassy in El Salvador. The Project Manager will lead a project delivery team, drive program schedules, manage project financials, and ensure high quality delivery.
A successful Project Manager will be detail oriented, possess the management skills to hold people accountable to quality expectations and timelines, and respond quickly to evolving client needs. A background in digital transformation and information technology is highly desired. The Project Manager must demonstrate competency in leadership, strategic thinking, relationship management, multitasking, schedule management, and delivery excellence, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.
Responsibilities
- Management of a complex project ensuring that goals, requirements, and outcomes are defined and that the appropriate resources are allocated
- Monitor team performance to ensure that projects are implemented, supported, and closed accurately and in accordance with key milestones and established project standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project’s development and execution
- Foster positive working relationships with team, client personnel and leadership counterparts
- Prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign resources to each project
- Track costs, schedule and performance, as well as prepare documents and develop project specific policy, procedures and report status to all levels
- Manage staffing requirements, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and execution
- Manage task assignments and oversight of personnel to ensure excellence in services delivery
- Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure such deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion and of high quality/accuracy. When appropriate, propose a plan to correct any cost variances or projected rate adjustments
- Prepare briefing charts, schedule meetings, keep records and record minutes, prepare after-action reports in support of technical reviews
- Ensure program compliance with government and corporate policies and mandates, and adherence to directives from governing entities.
- Oversee Analysts in the development and analysis of business requirements
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritize functionality
- Facilitate Agile training and coaching at the client site to include agile training roadmap development and rollout
Requirements
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Bi-lingual fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 5 years project management and/or task leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Familiarity with Azure platform
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a client first attitude
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successful outcomes
- Exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of project management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and exhibit flexibility based on changing client needs
- High level of business acumen, ability to develop and implement strategy
- Strong connector - make insightful connections to bring the right people together to solve problems and grow the business
Desired Skills
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Prior international experience running projects of similar size and scope
- State Department experience preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Agile Scrum, or other related certification preferred
- Familiarity with Power BI
