The Retailer Support Front of House Specialist establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal/external people to help keep businesses running smoothly. The position coordinates with Customer Service staff, Operations, Suppliers and Sales Managers seeking to provide solutions to our retailer’s enquiries and requests.

· Proficient in English.

Night shift schedule required from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (1 hr. earlier during daylight saving Australia) - 39 hours a week)
