This position is a part of the epay Infrastructure Engineering organization, and is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. The position works in a collaborative environment to architect, develop, and support complex enterprise solutions.
· Ability to manage and efficiently work service requests and tickets; initial point of contact
· Participate in key Infrastructure related project work
· Serve as an escalation point for server patching issues from operations team
· Overall system performance tuning and monitoring in a mixed Windows / Linux environment
· Perform regular maintenance upgrades to Infrastructure systems.
· Administer and monitor storage and backup platform services
· Assist in system vulnerability assessments and remediation
· Respond and plan for service outages.
· Participate in on-call rotation outside of business hours.
