The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through regular outbound retailer contact. The ISR will represent the company in day-to-day retailer contact and will be responsible for supporting long-term relationships with the goal of increasing prepaid retailer performance.
Some of the ISR responsibilities include working closely with ther epay employees such as the sales team, operation, products, customer service and finance. Also, will include communication with retail owner, retailers' sales associates. Master agents/ ISO personnel to assist them in managing their prepaid airtime business and to ensure their satisfaction with the epay program.
