VirtualStaffing.com is a leading provider of virtual recruitment solutions for companies around the world. We're looking for an Interview Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth by conducting interviews with job candidates.
As an Interview Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and experience. You will ensure that the interview process is conducted in an efficient and professional manner, while providing exceptional service to both the hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of job positions within the organization, including required skills and experience
- Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates
- Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills and experience based on established criteria
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, while working within a defined recruitment process
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the recruitment team in order to support informed hiring decisions
- Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout the interview process
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the interview process, maintaining confidentiality and privacy at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting interviews or related recruitment activities
- Knowledge of recruitment principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with technology, including video conferencing and collaboration tools
